Rebecca Tiano reserves all copyrights of any paintings purchased. The buyer may own the painting but does not own the copyrights to Rebecca's artwork. To learn more about copyrights, you can ask Rebecca or visit www.copyright.gov.
Ordering and Procedure for Pet Portraits:
1) Buyer gathers photos of their pet(s), decides on size of portrait, decides on if they want a background, and what they want in their portrait.
2) Buyer contacts Rebecca and tells her what kind of portrait they would like. After contacting Rebecca, she will be able to tell you how long your portrait will take. Portraits can take up to 2-4 weeks depending on size, content, and Rebecca's schedule.
3) Buyer sends photos of their pet(s), and gives a deposit for the painting. Deposit is 20% of total Fee of painting. Digital photos are preferred, but will accept regular photographs. Buyer can send photos through e-mail or postal address.
4) Rebecca will then start the process for the Pet Painting. Once the painting is completed, Rebecca will send you a photograph of how the painting looks. At that time the Buyer may let Rebecca know if there are any changes they would like made to the painting.
5) After the Buyer is completely happy with how the painting looks, the Buyer can arrange to pick up the painting or have the painting shipped. There are additional fees for Shipping. Final payment must be received before or during pick up. If painting is shipped, then final payment and shipping fees must be paid before painting is sent by Rebecca.
